General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction:
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between the customers of the 5g-m website (hereinafter "Customers") owned by: Earth Trading SRL (hereinafter referred to as 5g-m).

These general conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior, express, and written waivers.

1. VIES Registration (For B2B Purchases)

To make purchases in our store, it is mandatory to be registered in the VIES system, which allows intra-community transactions. To verify if your VAT number is enabled, you can check the official portal: VIES Check.

2. Order Execution and Product Information

To place an order, customers can use the website www.5g-m.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon order validation, an email will be sent to confirm its registration.

The photographs presenting the products are not part of the contractual scope and cannot, under any circumstances, be considered the responsibility of 5g-m. The technical specifications and product descriptions are provided by partners and/or suppliers. All accessories proposed in the various packs and/or kits sold on the Site are compatible brand accessories or manufacturer accessories.

3. Prices and Availability

The selling prices indicated on the Site are in Euros (excluding VAT) and do not include delivery costs, which are always borne by the Customer (unless otherwise agreed) and billed at the end of the order. 5g-m reserves the right to modify prices at any time but commits to applying the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.

In the event that the ordered product is not available, 5g-m commits to contacting the customer within a few minutes of the order closing to refund the same amount.

4. Delivery and Goods Acceptance

Products can be delivered throughout Europe within 24/48 hours (an additional 24 hours is required for islands). All orders validated before 5:00 PM will be shipped immediately, except for Italian customers, where the cutoff is 7:00 PM.

IMPORTANT - What to do upon delivery:
  1. Check the integrity of the packaging.
  2. In the event of external material damage to the packaging and/or product due to transport, the order must be accepted by placing the wording "Accepted with specific reservation" on the waybill, along with a detailed description of the visible damage (e.g., wet package, open package), followed by a signature.
  3. Within the next 48 hours, send an email to Customer Service. Otherwise, any refund request related to such damage will be automatically rejected.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns for Wrong Purchases (Restocking Fee)

The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

📦 Shipping Note: Shipping costs for returning an item due to a "Wrong Purchase" or "Change of Mind" are entirely borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is totally void if the returned product is not intact, meaning the lack of original packaging, absence of accessories, or damage for reasons other than transport.

Specific Regulation for "Wrong Purchase"

Since these are electronic components, every return for a "wrong purchase" involves a rigorous technical inspection process. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

  • B2B Purchases (Companies/Repair Professionals with VAT): Returns for wrong purchases or changes of mind are not required by law. However, 5g-m may, at its sole discretion, accept the return. In this case, a flat 15% deduction on the product price will be applied to cover logistics, technical inspection, and restocking costs (Restocking Fee). The remaining amount will be issued as a Discount Voucher.
  • B2C Purchases (Private Customers): The product must be returned intact and with seals/films attached. Pursuant to Art. 57 of the Consumer Code, if the product shows signs of handling, installation attempts, or missing films, the customer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods. Therefore, a 15% deduction (or higher depending on the damage) will be applied for testing and restoration costs.

6. Warranties and After-Sales Service (RMA)

All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer's legal warranty of conformity. The costs for reshipping the faulty or defective product are borne by the customer. If the defect is confirmed under warranty, these costs will be refunded.

🚚 Free Pickups for Defective Goods: The costs and organization of the pickup for products declared broken or defective are entirely borne by 5g-m. We will take care of sending the courier to your location to pick up the package.

Warranty Timelines: Regarding spare parts warranty, an approximate timeframe of 3 MONTHS from the delivery date is granted to open a claim for malfunction. For inconsistencies between ordered and received products (e.g., missing items), a maximum of 24 hours from receipt is allowed to report the anomaly.

What to do in case of a fault?
The RMA request must be submitted via the dedicated web application at: rma.5g-m.com. The product must be returned accompanied by the generated form. Attention: the warranty does not apply to damage caused by external factors (impacts, power surges) or installation errors (tampering, signs of glue, bent flat cables).

7. Processing of Personal Data

All data will be processed with the utmost fairness, in full protection of your rights and particularly your privacy in compliance with current Privacy regulations (GDPR).
