Why isn't my account active immediately after registration?

To ensure maximum security and protect our customers, every new registration on our portal is subject to a rapid verification process.

Immediately after entering your data, your account is temporarily placed in a pending state. One of our operators will promptly check the data entered and verify the documentation attached during registration:

  • Private Customers: copy of Tax ID Code (Codice Fiscale) or Health Insurance Card.
  • Companies and Professionals: copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration (Visura Camerale).

If all documentation is correct, we will immediately unlock your account and you will receive a confirmation email. This procedure normally takes place shortly after your request, allowing you to access our price lists and proceed with your orders in no time!

What do the refurbishment grades mean?
All our refurbished devices are rigorously tested by our technicians to ensure 100% perfect functionality. The difference between the grades exclusively concerns the aesthetic conditions of the body and the glass.
Refurbished Grade A

Excellent Condition: The device is comparable to new. It may have almost invisible micro-scratches, visible only against the light when the screen is off. Battery tested and with optimal capacity.

Refurbished Grade B

Very Good Condition: The device shows slight and normal signs of wear on the body or screen (small scratches), which do not compromise the use or visual experience in any way when the screen is on.

Refurbished Grade C

Good Condition: Shows evident signs of wear such as marked scratches or dents on the body. The screen is intact and the phone is functionally perfect. Ideal for those seeking maximum savings and using a cover.

When purchasing a smartphone, how do the warranty and IMEI code work?

Security and transparency are our absolute priorities for both end customers and B2B resellers.

Unique IMEI Tracking:
At the time of preparing your package, the unique IMEI code (or Serial Number) of the sold device is digitally recorded and inextricably linked to your order number in our databases.

This system allows us to:

  • Activate the warranty exactly from the day of your invoice.
  • Provide immediate assistance already knowing the history of the device.
  • Prevent fraud, ensuring that the returned device (in case of RMA) exactly matches the one shipped from our warehouses.

How do you guarantee the quality of spare parts and components?

For spare parts and micro-components, we use an advanced proprietary QR Code Tracking System.

Every single component leaving our warehouse is labeled with a micro QR-Code or unique serial code. During packaging, our operators scan the label, associating it directly with your account.

In case of a technical anomaly or the need to open an RMA ticket (Return), this code will allow us to immediately trace the production batch, guaranteeing extremely fast refunds or replacements without long verification procedures.

I have a problem with a product, how do I open a return (RMA)?

We have developed an Automated Returns Portal (accessible via the "5G-M Login" button) to make the procedure simple, fast, and fully traceable.

To open a claim, you have two options:

  • QR Code Scan: Enter or scan the QR/Serial code on the product directly. The system will retrieve your purchase data in an instant.
  • Manual Selection: Choose your order from your recent history and select the products for which you need assistance.

Types of Returns: Which option to choose?

Defective Product (RMA):
Select this option if the item has a technical anomaly or a manufacturing defect. You will be required to attach photos or videos of the defect. Following the technical verification in our laboratories, a refund Voucher equal to 100% of the paid amount will be issued.
Wrong Purchase (Commercial Return):
Use this option if you ordered the wrong component or changed your mind. The item must be returned intact and in its original condition. A 15% deduction is applied to this type of return to cover claim management and restocking costs.

Through the portal dashboard, you can always monitor the status of your claim in real time, exchange messages with support, and upon completion of the claim, receive your Refund Vouchers automatically usable on your next order!

Pickup at our Rome headquarters is automatically enabled for all customers in Central Italy. For customers outside the region who wish to personally pick up the goods, please contact us: we will enable the "In-store pickup" option on your order.
