How do I get to VIP 3?

VIP 3 is entered upon reaching a minimum expenditure of € 2,500 during the calendar month; Once you enter the VIP3 band you can take advantage of a 15% discount for subsequent orders.

How do I get to VIP 2?

VIP 2 is entered upon reaching a minimum expenditure of 1500 € during the calendar month; Once you enter the VIP2 band you can take advantage of a 10% discount for subsequent orders.

How do I get to VIP 1?

VIP 1 is entered upon reaching a minimum purchase of € 800 during the calendar month; Once you enter the VIP1 band you can take advantage of a 5% discount for subsequent orders.

How does the VIP 1-2-3 discount program work?

The "5G MOBILE" allows its customers to take advantage of a discount of 5%, 10% and 15%, based on the amount of orders placed during the calendar month, respectively the VIP1, VIP2 range will be reached and VIP3.

Can I return an order received?

According to EU legislation, the customer has the right to return the products received within 14 days of delivery.

The delivered goods are damaged. What should I do?

The integrity of the spare parts is checked before sending. To take advantage of the refund for "damage during transport" it is necessary to select the insured shipment when closing the order. In the event that the damage is visible during delivery, (damaged box), please sign with reserve.

What delivery times are expected?

Delivery times vary from 24 / 48h, except in cases of force majeure. Most of the Italian provinces are covered by the 24h service; for more security check the DHL website.

How is the goods shipped?

The goods are shipped exclusively by international courier.

I can't reach you by phone. How can I contact you?

You can use WhatsApp or the messaging service on the site, where it will be possible to insert your messages relating to the order. The messages will be visible by the shipping agents.

Can I pay via RID or RIBA?

Earth Trading LTD is a Maltese company, with legal and operational headquarters in Malta and unable to issue these payments.

Is there any form of postponed or deferred payment?

Our company only accepts payments made when placing the order.

What types of payment do you accept?

The accepted payments are as follows: Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer. If you choose the latter method of payment, the order will only be taken into account when the amount is credited to our bank.

Taxes / VAT

We are a company with registered office in Europe, do we have to pay VAT?

If your VAT number is registered in the Vies, you are entitled to purchase VAT-free, according to the "Reverse Charge" legislation relating to intra-community trade.

How high is the Maltese VAT?

The Maltese VAT amounts to 18% and is applied to the total order, shipping included and to all companies not registered in the VIES (vat Information Exchange System)

What refund is recognized to me in case of order return?

The company has 14 days for a refund, from the moment it receives the order. The full amount of the order is refunded including the original shipping costs (not the insurance supplement, if chosen).

Attention: If you have used the goods before returning them, 5G MOBILE PARTS can ask for a refund for the decrease in the value due to use.

Can I request the addition of products by phone?

It is not possible to make additions by telephone to avoid insertion errors.

I just placed an order, can I add one or more products?

It is possible to ask our staff to add one or more products by sending a message through the appropriate box that you will find by clicking on the order in question (PERSONAL AREA - ORDERS - MESSAGE).

Requests will be accepted if the order is in the following states:

"ORDER RECEIVED"; "WAITING FOR TRANSFER"; "PAYMENT ACCEPTED" "WAITING FOR REFUELING"

and requests made in case of "ORDER TAKEN IN CHARGE", will be processed according to the availability of our staff at that time and the progress of the preparation of the order.

In the event that a new order is made, a message must be sent with the request for union and refund, via Voucher, of a shipment.

Where can I find my invoices?

You will find the invoices, in PDF format, in the order history of your PERSONAL AREA from the moment the order is sent.

You can find the history of your orders in the PERSONAL AREA. By clicking on an order number you can view all the details.

Account

Who is my password visible to?

The passwords of your account are not visible or recoverable by anyone, not even by our staff. What can be requested, in case of access problems, is a password reset.

How are my personal data processed?

Personal data are processed in full compliance with current regulations. The data in our possession are not transferred to any third party company and are not used for marketing of other companies.

I made a mistake with my company name and my VAT number, can I change it?

Due to our automated billing system, it is possible to change your VAT number or company name, only if no order has been processed. Therefore we ask you to carefully check the data entered during registration and in case of anomalies or errors, please contact us for the resolution of the problem.

I have more than one location, can I have two different addresses on my account?

Yes, it is possible to insert or modify your addresses by accessing the "PERSONAL AREA" in the MY ADDRESSES section.

My account is suspended / blocked. Because?

The reasons for which the Administration decides to block an account, can be mainly 3:

1. An arbitrary or unjustified Paypal dispute

2. Account inactivity

3. Return requests for products not belonging to our warehouse or tampered with during assembly

To request the unlocking of the account it will be necessary, in the first case to close the PayPal dispute, in the third case we will request a refund of the shipments for the collection of the returned material and the cost for the management of the file.

I can't log in with my account, how do I solve?

In the event that you cannot resolve by performing a password recovery, you can send us a message using the messaging service present in your personal area.

Can I send a generic email regarding a Return Goods procedure?

We recommend sending emails or messages relating to return requests, only to the staff who takes care of the RETURN OF GOODS. Mail sent to other e-mail addresses may not be handled.

Can I send you spare parts even if they are not present in the RMA request?

It is not possible to send other spare parts not present in the goods return request unless authorized by our staff. If sent, they will not be taken over.

Can all defective products be refunded?

All products deemed to be defective after the test carried out by our technicians are reimbursed.

How long do I have to return a defective product?

You can return the products within 90 days of receipt.

I have a defective / non-compliant product. What should I do?

You must fill in the form you find in the section dedicated to RMA.
