At the end of the course, the academy will issue a certificate of participation.
The first day is dedicated to the fundamentals, which are essential for the rest of the course.
Morning: Introduction to electronics, study of electronic components and the principles of power supply and boot.
Afternoon: Practical use of measurement tools for fault diagnosis. Hands-on exercises in measuring and identifying faulty components.
This day delves into the specific circuits of devices.
Morning: Analysis of charging circuits and PMU (Power Management Unit), study of schematics and Panic Full.
Afternoon: Practical diagnostics of devices with no power/low boot issues (failure to turn on or slow startup). Exercises on real circuit boards.
This day focuses on the "brains" and internal communication of devices.
Morning: In-depth study of communication between the CPU and peripherals on the I2C bus.
Afternoon: Analysis of errors during firmware flashing.
An intensive day on the most common circuits and memory management.
Morning: Diagnosis, programming, and replacement of NAND memories.
Afternoon: Study and diagnosis of the main peripheral circuits: charger, PMU, display, touch, backlight, codec, speaker amp, microphones, cameras, wifi-bluetooth, RF, NFC.
The fifth day is dedicated to more complex diagnostics that require specific techniques.
Morning: Diagnosis and repair of the baseband circuit and RFFE scan.
Afternoon: Explanation and practice of swap bottom layer. Diagnosis and repair of activation problems and Face ID.
The final day is for practicing the most difficult repair techniques and a general review.
Morning: Practical exercises on the processing techniques for the most complex components: SMD, FPC, IC, re-balled ICs, and sandwich boards. Final questions and clarifications.
At the end of the course, the academy will issue a certificate of participation.
The course will be held at our facility in a dedicated area, with state-of-the-art equipment.
